Loop Agreement Definition
You may have other agreements with Loop Works. These agreements are separate and supplement these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use do not modify, revise or supplement the terms of any other agreement you have entered into with Loop Works, unless the parties have expressly agreed in writing. If you would like to request additional information about these Terms of Use or if you have any questions about a business relationship with Loop Works, please contact us at support@loopworks.com. All Users must create a User Account by providing all the information necessary to access and/or use the Services. Such an account requires you to (i) declare your acceptance of these Terms of Use, (ii) provide contact information, and (iii) submit any other form of authentication required during the registration process, as determined by Loop Works in its sole discretion. Services for business use require all users in the organization to provide validated company contact information, including but not limited to a corporate email address. When you create an account with Loop Works, you agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information in connection with your account. You are responsible for updating and correcting the information you have submitted to create and/or maintain your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the password you use to access and use the Services. You acknowledge and agree that Loop Works assumes no responsibility for any incident arising out of or in connection with your account. Loop Works assumes that anyone who uses the Services and/or transacts through your account is authorized by you or you.
Therefore, you further agree to promptly notify Loop Works of any unauthorized use of your password and/or account and/or any other breach of security. We may refuse to grant you an account with a name impersonating someone else if it is illegal, vulgar, offensive and/or protected by trademark and/or other proprietary rights as determined by Loop Works in its sole discretion. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, and/or incomplete, or if Loop Works has reason to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, and/or incomplete, Loop Works may suspend or terminate the user account until the user account has been validated by the company account holder. By creating an account, you agree to receive certain communications in connection with the Loop Works Services, by .B. Service Announcements, Administrative Messages, and/or Notifications. When you access and/or use the Services, you communicate with us electronically and agree to receive communications from us electronically. You acknowledge and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and/or other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with all legal requirements that such notices be in writing. As part of our privacy policy, we also offer you the opportunity to opt out of receiving non-critical communications from us.
However, you cannot opt out of receiving critical service messages and administrative messages. When Loop Works enables an enterprise account, one or more enterprise users ("Administrators") are required. Administrators have the right to configure service items based on the user configuration account rights granted and can manage users in your organization. If your enterprise account is created and/or configured on your behalf by a Loop Works reseller or third-party vendor, it is likely that that third-party vendor has assumed the role of administrator for your organization. Please ensure that you have entered into an appropriate agreement with this third party defining the roles and boundaries of this party as the administrator of your company account. You are responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality of your organizational account password, (ii) appointing competent persons as administrators to administer your organization`s account, and (iii) ensuring that all activities related to your corporate account comply with these Terms of Use. You understand that in the event that administrators obtain account rights, Loop Works is not responsible for the management of the account and the internal administration of the Services for you. You are solely responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure that your organization does not lose control of administrator accounts. You can specify a process to restore control in the event of a loss of control of the administrator account by sending an email to help@loopworks.com or by contacting your Loop Works representative or account manager.
Loop Works may grant control of an administrator account to an authorized person and provide Loop Works with satisfactory proof of their eligibility to act on your behalf and/or on behalf of your organization. Entire Agreement. These Terms of Use (including the terms set forth herein, all order forms, supporting documents, privacy policies and other documents referred to herein) constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties. Modification. Any amendment or addition to these Terms of Use will only be effective if such modification or addition is made in writing and signed by both parties. .
